Avocado Toast with Egg and Smoked Gouda

1 thick slice of bread, sourdough or multigrain
1 ripe avocado
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 Lime
1/8 tsp pepper
1 egg
Smoked gouda
Directions:
Directions:
Smash avocado
Add salt, pepper, & lime juice
Spread onto bread
Place butter or oil into pan on low heat
Crack egg into pan
Cook egg as desired
Place cooked egg on avocado and bread
Top with smoked gouda
Place oven on broil
Place avocado toast into oven until cheese melts, watch closely!
